YACHT SHOWROOM

About

This project involved the transformation of a 3,000 m² warehouse into a yacht showroom for a leading client in the Spanish maritime industry. The main challenge was managing the scale of the space while maintaining continuous operations, with boats constantly moving in and out of stock during the project.

The scope included full project management, from planning and spatial organization to execution and coordination. The showroom was designed to accommodate up to 100 boats simultaneously, with clearly defined areas for Metropol Náuticas and Motonáutica Llonch, both brands within the client’s group.

Special attention was given to logistics, circulation, and flexibility, ensuring the space could adapt to operational needs and variable inventory levels. The project required close coordination with the client, suppliers, and contractors to avoid disruptions to daily activity.

The result is a functional, efficient showroom delivered through structured planning, operational control, and hands-on project management, aligned with the client’s business requirements.
