PASEO DE GRACIA APARTMENT

This 195 m² residential renovation, located on Paseo de Gracia, was completed in under six months, which was the main challenge of the project.

The scope included full project management from planning to turnkey delivery, covering scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination of all teams involved. The project required strict timeline control and continuous decision-making to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Given the building’s early 1900s structure, original ceilings and decorative elements were preserved and integrated into the renovation process. Premium materials and selected custom elements were delivered and installed within a tight schedule.
